PCAC youth poster contest

The Police Community Advisory Council invite high school students who live in York Region to submit an original poster that promotes unity, diversity, inclusion, equity, hate crime prevention and human rights.

The contest is open to students in Grades 9 to 12. One winning entry from each grade will receive a $250 cash prize and be recognized at the Social Justice in York Region Conference on May 2, 2019.

How You Can Take Part

All entries, accompanied by a Consent, Release and Application Form, are due by Thursday, March 22, 2019 at 4 p.m.

All submissions must be 11"x 17" - tabloid size.

Judges will review all submissions and select a maximum of four winning entries.

The winners will be invited to attend the Social Justice in York Region Conference on May 2, 2019 from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Community Safety Village, located at 3982 Stouffville Road, Whitchurch-Stouffville.
